Dance, dance, dance!
I love to dance and so do my kids. After dinner, turn on a couple songs and dance your hearts out!
*Let each family member pick 1 song
*During a song, let each family member make up a move and have everyone follow
*Dance as fast as you can then in slow motion
*Make a theme playlist (HSM, trains, 80's, drums, songs that start with A)
*Use music from different countries and music genres
Just dance enough to work up a sweat...follow by some stretching to some quiet music and you have a great 30 min workout!
