Here is a fitness tip for the busy parent or anyone else...
Stop Light Intervals!
When you hit a stop light...do one of the following exercises:
1. tighten and release your glutes (your butt!)
2. tighten and hold your glutes
3. tighten and release your abs
4. tighten and hold your abs
5. do bicep curls
Do the exercise for the duation of the red light. Next light, do another set or a different exercise.
You will be finding red lights all over town!

Good tip...but you should take it easy for another few weeks!
Hey! I just wanted to say that I really do want to try you Zumba class, but transportation, weather and the baby, haven't been my friends. Soon though!
