I have been reading a lot about boys. I have recommended some readings already but this article from yesterday's msnbc, does a nice job of summarizing current issues and research.
It is worth the read (then some follow ups with the books/articles mentioned).

Recipe Corner
Vanilla Custard
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 cup yogurt
1 package vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp vanilla
Combine and let set at least 10mins. Enjoy on fruit, in or on cake, over pie, to top smoothies...the possibilities are endless.
You can make this low to no fat but using no to low fat products.
