I am a stay-home mom/now-preschool teacher/fitness instructor/personal trainer with a background in child development and special education...I live with a wonderful paramedic/event planner/home improvement hubby and four nutty but lovable kids, baby, 6, 8, 15yo! Recipe Corner
Vanilla Custard
1 cup milk 1 cup sour cream 1 cup yogurt 1 package vanilla pudding mix 1 tsp vanilla
Combine and let set at least 10mins. Enjoy on fruit, in or on cake, over pie, to top smoothies...the possibilities are endless.
You can make this low to no fat but using no to low fat products.
